If you are just looking to network I would go the route of meetups locally (you can check above at the toolbar, hoover over forums then to the right you have events and meetups.If you are looking to wholesale and build a list of buyers that fix and flip for deals you may have then I would pull lists from 3rd party sites like Property Radar or propstream.

Another "perfect storm of uncontrollable events".With both failed deals they are pointing blame on poor performance from the companies they hired to manage the property and to do the renovations, which raises a few questions:1) how can/should LPs perform due diligence on these to be hired companies?

With all this "art" in place, I would guess they knew what was going on and probably have "experience" with the event.

Now with that said, if they're hosting a live event or an invite to something, of course I'd want communication.

Office, event space, wedding venue, warehouse, etc.

I never want to have less than that in savings, because in the event of a huge market turn I want to be able to bail myself out and survive.

It may be worth joining your local REIA or find some REI networking events in your area to connect with other flippers.
