Hi everyone,I received a call this eve from my girlfriends mom and she had about 28 questions about property management.

They get weak and twist off at the shutoffs, normally under a home, on Christmas eve.

Shortly after is the biggest event of the year, Fantasy Fest  which draws tens of thousands, immediacy after that is power boat races, which bring many rich folk, then Christmas, the iconic New Year’s Eve celebration, winter (sooo many snowbirds), spring break is always insane, singers songwriters fest, mile 0 fest and the list goes on.  

Then offers are due on sun eve or Mon eve.
