Reliable And Honest Property Management Company

Hi everyone,

I received a call this eve from my girlfriends mom and she had about 28 questions about property management. I could answer all of them for her, except one. She asked who she should talk to and possibly hire. I know of property management companies outside of Seattle that come recommended but not one for in Seattle.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a company that they have worked with in the Beacon Hill area?
