This lady is a distraction!

This "free" mobile home may be a very lucrative opportunity, however do not let the word free distract you from the goal of a real estate investor.

Even the good guys get distracted. so cut them a break.note: the habitual ones, you know them.

And most granite stone is just hideous, so busy and distracting.

Most people also have some sort of social life, which distracts additional time from working.

TD in the end process of acquiring Scottrade this month, that may be causing unusual delays/distractions. 

The fact that the overall number of delinquent home loans and the number of foreclosures in process is down since HAMP began in 2009 tends to distract from the reality that both foreclosures and delinquencies are still more than double the number before the sub-prime mortgage crisis became apparent, starting in 2007.

The before and after tax payment is just a distraction, all  money you pay loans back with is after tax if it is going to your 401k or the bank.

If not, you are just a distraction and one more call that won't be returned or piece of junk to dispose of.
