They are not displayed in your printed report are they. 

These are post trustee auction REOs bank owned being sold off by the banks via an on-line auction.Auction.com displays the trustee auction houses listed as "live auction". 

The general contractors in our area won't do it unless we let them do the whole job, and then they want a fortune (TY cannabis industry for jacking contractor rates up), and my husband has a couple guys that he likes working with, that will work cheap, but they're certainly not contractors, nor could they or would they go through the process of getting that license here in Oregon.

@Mindy Jensen While your developers are at it, we should be able to display more than 6 documents per page when we're viewing a category (like "contracts").  

If your tax preparer knows his/her stuff it will be displayed correctly and reported correctly on your return so you don't get a matching error.
