I couldn’t post the screenshots from my IPad, but on the actual online bid site were pull down links to the property appraiser......The aerial clearly shows just a solid blue line between two villas, not a rectangle showing a regular lot, dimensions given were 1’x 50’, 50 sf, tax Land value of like $300, Building Value $0.So yeah, it Must be the county’s fault......

Nevertheless, I believe he is talking of a site survey which contains the exact location of the home with all lot boundaries clearly dimensioned and shown.

The floor plan shall also designate which rooms you will be renting out and those room dimensions, so as to verify the Gross Floor Area Requirement.o Documentation which verifies you are the owner of the unit and it is your principal residence.o If renting 3 rooms, a certified plot plan with parking layout which shows the property has sufficient parking.

Now, let's add another dimension to this.In a 5 cap market, creating an additional $50,000 of NOI capitalizes to $1M of value.

Also,  you can crack it.Consider a single bowl sink of the same dimensions. 

While on the surface raising private funds checks one box it also adds another entire dimension on top of the four REI requirements: Fiduciary Duty. 

You can go to the doors/windows department at HD, and they’ll custom order retro-fit windows based on the dimensions you provide.
