Every landlord has a story like this -- my personal favorite variations are when the property was last used as a drug house and/or bordello.

I would be leery about buying property in another country where crime, corruption, drugs and general mischief is rampant. 

On a side note, what about using the "I think my tenants are using/doing drugs in my house" card?

As a result, a criminal charge was filed against me, and I was due in Court (alongside lots of drug charge cases while I waited my turn). 

People dump trash in front of my garage in the alley and multiple times ive found drug needles when cleaning up.  

I have wondered if perhaps he has a drug problem or some nasty debt that he needed to pay ASAP.

The Federal Government can Trump the states.Marijuana is still a Schedule 1 drug (LSD, Cocaine, etc) for some reason.

My question is this: How do you organize/summarize location characteristics (i.e. crime, drugs, schools, unemployment, population growth, etc.) for each of the properties that I have found in a way that makes it easy to compare and contrast those properties? 

Saturday, I found a tenant allowing her 'boyfriend' to provide a drive up drug delivery service from her apartment .

Even if you miraculously pulled a deal out of a hat, found a buyer, and it actually closed, it would be weeks before you get paid from it.Outside of robbing a bank or selling drugs I can't think of a way to make $1500 that quickly.
