The fideicomiso or bank trust, whereby the title is in the name of the bank but they don't lease the property to you; you're the owner for all intents and purposes.

You can wind up with title issues if you are not careful.

Based on what I've seen so far and talked to my title company, you really don't need to pay to learn his teachings.

Not only does it hurt the returns, it is a very attractive target for ambulance-chasing lawyers and title fraud.
