As long as it is not in disrepair I think you are fine omitting them.We do have exterior back photos, especially the pool homes so we can showcase pool. fencd yard, etc. 

I detail here how my first flip essentially bankrupted me which resulted in this house losing money as well.It’s easy to blame others for all that went wrong.

The biggest detail is look for a nationwide bank that is full delegated with little to No overlays.

They are hiring a PM to act as their landlord & to deal with the drama of tenants, the painstaking of marketing, the uncertainty of vetting the right tenant, the headache of a late-paying tenant, & the details of staying compliant with local & state laws.

For details: One example property is a SFH, south west of Little Rock (close to 430 and 30 intersection), price is 230.

To address this I took detailed pictures from beginning to end of my most recent flip, documenting that we did a thorough job using quality materials.   

Not to mention, they weren’t aware of my entity information and other organizational details I’d previously sent (ie state formation, scope of work, etc.); easy stuff.
