If it's still damp now, rent a couple of commercial fans and dehumidifiers to reduce the humidity.

The disclosure specifically says no water leakage, accumulation or dampness as well as no repairs or attempts to control any type of water.

I am with one of the others above who said basic sloppiness  IE bed not made cloths on the floor dishes every where that's common.But when you start loading the garage with junk.. have a grease fire then never clean.. broken kitchen cabinets etc etc.. these are not people you want in your unit..

Yes, they take a little longer to dry clothes (which is why they are coupled with high-efficency / high-spin RPM washers), but use a fraction of the energy.

I find it interesting how people are grossed out by a used mattress but then there are plenty of those who buy used clothes and shoes at consignment stores (for me, I think uses clothes are a lot worse).
