I think Peter Harris’ videos are great, but the people who get you to sign up are disgusting swindlers  Most of the high pressure tactics come from the influencers they find in basements shilling crypto and only fans. 

The below does not account for tax benefit's, depreciation and mortgage pay-down, that is a separate page coined "icing on the cake" and with aggregate returns.     

Real Estate has only been coined "THE" #1 hedge against inflation for what, a thousand years or so....

I think there would be danger if you keep hard asset transaction into crypto-like transaction.

I am an aggressive saver and the stock/crypto market had been doing well since I was buying last year after my first Househack.

I just feel like a 401k is an overlooked tool that gets discredited because it’s not sexy at the water cooler like real estate or crypto

If you can’t wait 5-10 years then try something else the younger impatient generations are investing in like crypto and BTC and hope for the best.
