I buy the Kohl's Big One 70/30 cotton/poly blend in white percale weave.

I'm educated and can talk to contractors such that I've never had someone try to pull the wool and give me a jacked up bid. 

I ended up getting a policy through Cottons All Lines Insurance Co in Gainesville.

They are 70/30 cotton/poly.
