Can someone point me to rough wording for a purchase agreement stipulation that would give me an out if banks become too tight with financing due to Corona Virus?

Residential new construction here in the Charlotte, NC area hasn’t seemed to slow down much despite the current coronavirus pandemic.

Much different situation of what happened in 2007-2008, where we had seen it coming for a while (we were just in denial for a while longer) and it was based on financial and mortgage fall out (instead the economy this time around was doing fine.)Even though Coronavirus has been spreading for a few weeks now in the USA, it really did not hit home until about 10 days ago, when everything started getting cancelled, shut down, etc. 

I am very excited, fixed it up and had it on the market to rent...now with the corona virus, I am trying to figure out the best option is with it. 

I'm afraid now to give them one year lease because of the coronavirus.
