That means driving for dollars, cold calling, and all around hustling, but at least you're not waiting for a partner to rescue you ( or take advantage of you)....you're conquering your own destiny and you can do it easily..best of luck!

Short sales vary so much by lender/investor/homeowner situation and various complications that you kind of just have to face all the problems and in time conquer them all. 

If I have already conquered that step, where is the best place to start that will create the cash flow comparable to having a job?

I've told others, I have a ton of negative energy around me that has stopped me in the past, mainly it consumes of a bunch of individuals telling me not to waste my time with an endeavor they know nothing about nor tried conquering on their own. 

You're asking about burns from air friction from running too fast, but you still haven't conquered walking.Another thing I just thought of -- also consider, 10 loans doesn't necessarily mean 10 doors.

A lot of that can be conquered with the right cognitive strategies.Its never a "lack of information" that stops us but is instead the "other" stuff that.
