I do not put a condolence statement in my letters.

I am starting to think that I should send the typical probate letter acknowledging the death with condolences and sending it to the PR which I assume is the executor.I am looking for advice and others experience with some rates of letters to leads conversion.

I saw the one in the File Place, but most people advice not to start with condolences at all, and cant really find a post that has a good example or the ones people say have a good response rate..

Send your condolences and do nothing allowing the tenant to decide for them selves what they now want to do.
