When was the water heater put in, the furnace, the air conditioner, the toilets and tub.

An existing air conditioner  outside unit does not have shut off switch. 

Refunded a deposit but now that spending even more time in the house getting it ready and with warmer weather, it’s clear their dog pissed everywhere and destroyed the carpet and air conditioner with let sander. 

Prior to my purchase there were electrical cords running under the carpet up the stairs to run window air conditioners.

You're not saving money with the 22 year old air conditioner.

A lot of people put window bars around the air conditioners, but now you have to block off half the window with wood, or something and then you have ugly bars.

It’s a old unit and I can not find the model number. Where can I buy the top cover and net/grill.

If it's possible to run the vent down, you might be able to put one of those in the bathroom wall, fairly high up, and then run the vent down through the wall, into the crawl space, and through the side of the house.You can also get "remote" bath fans, which work kind of like a central air conditioner - you install a small vent grille in the bathroom, put the motor and blower above the ceiling or under the floor, and run ductwork from the grille to the motor and from the motor to the outside.

The properties were in nice neighborhoods and before I closes escrow on 3 properties the air conditioners compressors were stolen and probably sold for the copper and aluminum inside them.

Thought about a leaking air conditioner and laminate?
