There are other podcasts for REI but I have found that BP so far is my favorite and they cover practically every conceivable angle.  

Even if I paid quadruple on what I owe monthly, it would still take years to pay off while the other could conceivably get knocked off by 2017 with a lot of determination.

Also, success fees in different states and industries work differently so you want to make sure through a lawyer (quick call or ask someone/friend) to make sure you're not in any conceivable violation-i.e.
