They’re considered companion animals and ease anxiety, depression, some phobias, and loneliness.

Legally you can not reject them based on having the service dog but you can reject if you choose someone more qualified.You must insist on the applicant showing proof that it is actually a "service" dog and not a companion dog.

Except for service or companion animals, I'm not even allowed to have any animals "just visiting" if a friend or neighbor wants to stop by for a couple of hours.

What you can do in a single family zone is to add a companion unit /granny flat or ADU, and the State has now made it a lot easier to build an Accessory Dwelling Unit.

I got hooked on the podcast to the extent of making it my companion (and ditching radio/news) during my approx 2 hours commute to/from work for about three weeks.I sincerely wish I knew about BP before my first deal (I found out about BP after singing a contract).
