The lender needs to justify every source of income you might have to qualify you for the highest amount.If you are self-employed, the will go through everything with a fine tooth comb.

There are "fin combs" that might be usable if the damage isn't too bad.

What I think you'll find when you learn the deal analytics is that most deals are bad deals and if you can quickly comb through 25 or more deals a day to find one or two worth running the numbers on then you will be in much better shape..

I'll be combing the forums but would love to hear any advice particularly on the Australian market and what opportunities may be around to take advantage of. cheers Luke
