I'm an investor from the NYC area and recently took a trip out to Lehigh Valley, PA to get a feel for Allentown and Bethlehem (saved Easton for another trip). 

Probably young couples or a couple of young friends to keep their cost down for their ski trip.  

They are also doing a 3 day event (which they do 3 times a year) for $39 which includes a bus trip. 

I've met alot of characters networking.

Most deals the end buyer got 3 to 8k cash out at close so if they did 4 they would get enough to get the 8k they put down to get my loan and pocket 20k or so. that was intended for reserves well we know what happened the cash out went to jet skis or trips or what have U..

The majority of data is open source and we can get it by simply looking at Zillow, county websites or heaven forbid taking a trip down to the county clerk’s office and actually pulling the documents.

It's just branches, only $5 over here in AZ.....The fine will be more....I think you're tripping  over dollars to save pennies.....

For example, if you are in a heavy bike community, maybe installing bike racks somewhere might bring some character to the property and it doesn't cost a lot.

And Grandma now gets to write off business trips to go see the grand kids every year.
