The next build up I think is going to be behind the MotorCity Casino. 

Not just at the casino but in rental real estate also.  

Miami is been talking about casinos for years and it does not seem to be happening in the next few years, Cuba will attract a lot of visitors looking for the Caribbean Vegas, especially now that new charters have been issued for some Cruise lines and ferry companies.

I did had a chance to purchase a Casino with 100% financing.

Yeah...I feel I had more failures than successes so far but it's a matter of time before I buy casino and hospitals.

Net effect will be the same,  but you're freeing up a Fannie Mae "number of financed properties" slot every 7-8 years instead of every 20 years. 

I flew up to Reno once.. and had down time and lost all my money at the casino  ... and did not have cash to get my car out of the park and fly.. ( pre credit card days )  LOL.

Over the years, a casino has been built to generate revenue for the surrounding area and along with a new soccer stadium.
