If you poke around on BP you will find story after story from OOS investors that decided to self-manage, got burned, and now are asking for help.

If they get burned they have a few bucks to keep rolling to find an actual buyer.

And I got burned almost every time by being the nice guy.

If they don't clean up their act or move out on their own, then I would be pushing hard for them to terminate and get out before I have to kick them out.Take photos Take photos of any evidence of smoking, such as cigarette butts, ashtrays, stains, or burn marks.

In 4 months….Honestly, best case scenario is you are turning your money instantly and you will then end up making 30k/year.

I got burned over $20K within last 4 months and got nothing from an other marketing company. 

I can confidently say that these "master classes" and courses claiming to grant you instant success are mostly deceptive.
