Do I have to get insurance for my company also or all the accidents, burglary etc are covered by general contractor's insurance?

Sites such as HeyJackAss.com does not tell you if a resident on the block is a pedophile, the number of robberies, burglaries etc.As an out of state investor I would be leery of those that simply say stay away from certain chuncks of an entire city.

@Zee Abbas, I looked up the reported crime at this complex, and it looks like over the past year there were 8 reports of crime, including aggravated assault and burglary.

After digging, turns out "You Name It Contracting" is not even a registered entity and both owners are convicted felons with jail time for theft, burglary and forgery by deception.

Same for the outside camera, new tenant feel that leave them there would help to scare away potential burglary, can I charge the removing and patch up the wall cost even I plan to leave the camera along?  

Wouldn't it be easier to build and sell burglary tools? 

The bars would also send a clear signal to a burglar that you have taken measures to protect your home and discourage even to attempt a burglary.

I really doubt any RE commission will go for burglary, the whole idea is allowing agents inside of homes, mostly occupied with owners away.
