In your example your customer probably didn't have many folks renting that had an aversion to alcohol with that name.  

Your family must be of the same mind set because you will be choosing a property with future tenants in mind, rather than indulging for personal consumption. 

But your guests may be cool with any alcohol.

A problem would be if she opposed it & refused to let you get started because she was too scared, or she wouldn't go for it because she has a spending problem and wants all excess cash for immediate consumption rather than investing. 

Available at most hardware stores, can buy you  another few years between build up layers and/or re-roof .Re directions and DIY...be sure to use gloves, disposable trowel/putty knife, have some denatured alcohol to clean any of it off you or your clothes, but, ideally don't get it on you.
