Differing temperatures outside the home and inside, moisture producing factors in the home, and not enough air flow and air exchange, can lead to moisture build up and often can be seen on the inside of windows.5.

Also some form of crawlspace vents can be used to provide air flow.  

On those direct vented high efficiency systems, the air intake pipe can be blocked by trash flying around outdoors on a windy day; the air intake sucks outdoor air, and those plastic grocery bags flying around are ideal for blocking that air flow. 

Also, I've seen people push their upholstered furniture right up against electric baseboard heaters and then crank them up to 90 degrees because the lack of air flow makes it take forever to heat up the area.  

Anyway my tenants at one of my properties were telling me that the air flow in one of the rooms is very bad.

Then he sprayed coil cleaner on the coils.It more than doubled the air flow, and it was something I could have easily done myself, except that he pulled the unit out of the case in order to reach one side, and I probably wouldn't have risked doing that for fear of damaging duct work or plumbing.The furnace needed a new sequencer and the outside unit got a diagnostic to make sure it was OK.

Is there too little airflow? 

If parts weren't available locally, my HVAC guy has always been able to get them by the next business day.Not changing the furnace filter can cause a furnace or A/C to breakdown due to the reduced airflow, the motors and units struggle to function correctly.

Not enough air flow to release suction of the water.
