There are accredited real estate schools in every state and most larger towns, colleges and universities teach real estate, there are business courses that involve real estate as well as (and specifically) business law courses.

Why do SEC regulations that "protect" the middle class also prevent them and allow only "accredited investors" (aka rich people) the ability to invest in private investment opportunities?

What are the rents in the area for that home, schools business, demographics of the area?
