There are tricks of the trade you cant get every time on YouTube that matter. 

We found evidence of mental health and familial issues, all sorts of debt, IRS issues, and even YouTube videos showing a life in disarray. 

I've seen numerous courses offered on Youtube but I am a little sceptical of those.

Needless to say, I've been scouring for information on YouTube, BiggerPockets, online websites etc.

Once I’ve confirmed who they (allegedly) are (of the latest wave,) I often call back multiple times, and when I get a live answer, I play music - only then do they get the point.

Yes, you can read a book and watch YouTube videos- I’ve done that but it doesn’t yield the same results as being in a group that you are accountable to in addition to the access I had to someone doing what I needed to be coached in and people who were also looking to invest in themselves and not looking to waste their investment.

TT and Youtube also, but you'd have to funnel them to IG to be able to effectively DM.
