Another said they were verbally assaulted on the street away from our home; they still gave us 5 stars but the content posted is bad. both aren’t in our control but Airbnb isn’t taking them down. we asked them to take down the 5 star because what she said in the review was awful, but they said it didn’t violate their policy.

We pride ourselves on delivering the highest levels of service but as in any business, not all surveys will be 5 stars.

Once you find one good contractor they typically know other "rock stars" in other trades (electric, plumbing, etc...) that you will also need.

The same eggs are used at 5 star restaurants as at fast food restaurants.

We're approaching 100 all 5 star reviews soon. :)  At the very moment (likely through next week) i'm on a temporary lending freeze, likely just through the end of May, then back to business after that. :)

Read the 2 complaints on the Better Business Bureau and all the one-star reviews on google (all have same detailed complaints).
