More specifically Prince George's County, Charles County or Baltimore County?

I have had numerous scammers message me from BP wanting to be partners, wanting me to invest in their whatever...and many have less writing skills that my Nigerian Prince who is going to marry me and make me rich after he gets all his treasures back from his wicked uncle.

If so, I am really a Nigerian prince who insists on giving you $25 million dollars.

A real prince of a guy, that one.

Could be legitimate or it could be an African prince type scam.

And why has someone mentioned another person as the "master" of creative financing, while I'm still alive as the Lord of Finance, the Prince of Equity, the Coral Wreath of Collateral, the Intuitive Integral Investment Instigator, the Money Master of the Universe and the Pinnacle of Principal ?  

We’re in the Prince historic district, a few blocks away on Penn St Alevernia University just opened a multi million dollar off campus facility.

Hi all,This isn't an HOA issue as much as it is a city/county issue, but I just learned from my city inspector that the county my rental property is in (Prince George's County, MD) has a law stating that no more than five unrelated people can occupy a single family home.
