I am a realtor and investor from the South Eastern Wisconsin area, and have had luck with facebook specifically in the investor groups (there are a few to post in depending on which area you are in).

These were pretty nice aluminum sliding windows to begin with and vinyl replacement windows would be twice as expensive as replacing the glass and not as nice.

A property near the Southeastern campus would attract travelers for long (corporate housing) and short term.

@Matthew McCormick its a bitumen (asphalt rolls) roof, has some tear down and aluminum coating already per inspection report seems like seller did that to extend life of roof maybe 5 years ago. 

The home has part of the outlets grounded and part of them not grounded and I believe it has aluminum wiring. 

Do they routinely change out cast iron plumbing, aluminum wiring, test for lead-based paint?

Or just switch to aluminum siding?
