The collateral is so so and some have preferences such as certain asset classes they will invest in, but generally speaking, you can obtain an equity deal with very little skin in the game. 

For me, I’ve been testing a few different methods recently, but I’m always looking for new ideas to take my wholesaling game to the next level. 

It's all fun and games until your bank freezes and converts your line for any number of reasons that are in the loan agreement.

A good one will also have skin in the game and will even be able to bring new acquisitions to your attention.

Cards and board games for older kids but they will all have tablets or phones unfortunately. 

Compare that to Phoenix where I had been to a game just one month earlier.

So you will need to have skin in the game.
