Use tools like AirDNA to research how often properties are booked and consider seasonality so you can take full advantage of peak times.

I am convinced that these markets are the hidden gold mine in RE investing today. 

So far whatever I researched this looks a good plan.

Based on the continuing research, wholesaling property wouldn't be the right strategy.
