And cash-for-keys is expensive :)The primary issues are going to be your short window of time as well as just plain being a condo where association dues can cannibalize cash-flow.

Dave - I too am interested but don't have the raw land development experience to fully jump in considering the wetland and flood plain issues. 

You're asking for it, plain and simple.

For doors, that could add value if they are plain or dented.

It is very difficult to answer this plain vanilla question.  

If you don't do this you risk the rest of your tenants just plain either moving without notice or giving notice to move.. let other tenants know if they need to call police, and also call you so your aware of whats happening.. 

It’s just plain ridiculous!

It is unfortunately considered in a flood plain (small creek running thru back part of property), but a lot of the land around this area is in a flood plain.  

Plain and simple.

Likewise, I fire clients that lie to my face or that plain ole waste my time i.e. always wanting to look but never willing to commit on an offer.
