There are rules around where the business is based, what services are provided, and if there are bricks and motor in the state.

Regarding the washer and dryer, I don't provide those, because if anything goes wrong, such as the hose breaking and filling the basement with water, washer constantly being overloaded causing the motor or pump to eventually burn out, or the dryer also being overloaded causing the heating element to need replacement or the tenants never changing the lint filter which can also cause damage or even worse, a fire, and they will be looking to you for the repairs, replacement and damages.

Use new screws (probably stainless) on reassembly - chances are good that they're the same as the other inner door panel screws, if you need a sample to take to the hardware store.The original problem may well be the timer, but sometimes the timer deliberately turns off the power to its own motor and waits for another device (like a float switch or a thermostat) to bring the power back.

Change your filters regularly and periodically oil the blower motor if required.  

Upgrade your circulators(pumps), motors make up like 20% of the energy used on earth.
