I spent $500 on skip tracing a propwire list with prop wire's skip tracing service. 

I spent three years in Dallas and there are some great deals to be had there.

I have spent the past couple years doing research and think its time to actually start.

Our agent seems incredibly stressed by it all, she's spent decades building her reputation which is now being dragged down by this guy but I don't know what she can do.  

I attended middle school here and spent many years growing up in the area.

I have spent decades buying pre foreclosures and foreclosures and some defaulted notes as well..

They didn't verify anything but apparently are telling people I am a scammer which helps me understand why I am no longer getting any traction on Facebook.Further, the person private messaging me spent (literally all night long) researching me and sending me messages insisting I am a scammer.  

So far no deals but I spent a lot of time chasing the shiny penny.

Plumbing: The plumber spent hours cleaning out “flushable wipes” from the pipes.

If I didn't have kids the story might be different, but my time is better spent with them than trying to grow a real estate empire.
