Tax records should give you mailing addresses at the least, and in some municipalities phone numbers - even if you were a licensee, disclosure of that license would be all that's required.Good luck!

I'll also jump on the State of Texas Savings and Mortgage Lending website and download a list of licensees doing business in Texas which results in an additional 2700 companies (names, phones, addresses and emails) that are either licensed mortgage bankers, servicing companies or mortgage companies.

If you are going to take a more leisurely attitude, I would join an office that has other benefits for you, like leads and assistance.I lived in Utah several different times but was never a real estate licensee in that state.
