newbie in Olympia, WA

hi folks -

I'm not actually in Olympia, but I have some resources there that I think will develop into a team. I'm nearer to Seattle, myself, but the market around here seems to work only for developers, and I'm not ready to play that game. I'd rather aim for BRRR in a more active rental market.

I'm just wrapping up the real estate licensee coursework (via Rockwell) and exams, and I'll be looking for a Designated Broker to hang my shingle under. This is a side gig for me; I don't want to do a lot of "realtor" work; I just want MLS access and a bit of mentoring on my first few deals.

Does anybody have a favorite firm in WA for low-touch supervision and low annual obligations?
