I work a little with UI/UX (User interface/User Experience) also to make sure tasks flow properly and in a common sense way.

As far as the interface I prefer Homeaways leaps and bounds over Airbnb.

Simple interface, but enough tools to cover most needs. 

The user interface is clunky, the property advertisement page is very basic, and the ability to do "unique" things is tough.Some of the other services I use are Podio, ISC (for resident screening), Cozy for electronic payments, and rentalapplication.net for online applications (as it was free, but soon to charge). 

It has a very easy, graphical interface that can be learned quickly. 

In my limited dabbling with their software, it seemed that the client interface was strong and very user-friendly.

I'm curious what others are using and if there is anything newer with a cleaner interface.

I sacrificed some functionality options (mobile ap) for a more visually appealing Smartbnb user-interface and other functionality (AI question detection). 

They do have good and flashy insights and a usable client interface as though they have the skeleton to be good, but are still working on it. 

Is the web interface slow or tedious at all for data entry of checks?
