Hello forum, Bought a converted double in  New Orleans Holy Cross neighborhood six years ago, have over 100k in equity but we are wanting to probably sell and not rent out and buy a place near city park area.

Sounds like "we need 20% down but want to trick you into thinking its 10% by spreading money across fees and down payment".Holy smokes.

I realize how exponential growth of a virus can go from "not bad" to "holy cow" in just a couple weeks.
