I'm in my early twenties i have a career as a healthcare provider an RRT.

I work in the healthcare information technology domain.

In addition there are elderly people in need of assistance by way of assisted living.Is it possible to approach a land developer (apartment or assisted living/health care) about entering into a 100 lease agreement whereby I make the land available under a lease but they develop the property, manage it, and maintain the operation?  

I currently work as an engineer and project manager in the healthcare industry.

I am a motivated individual that is tired of being disappointed at the lack of money I make at my 8-5 healthcare job.

Before being an insurance agent I was working in the health care industry for almost a decade.

As healthcare goes down he tubes, I am diversifying my income...I think.

I do know that Cleveland is enjoying an economic revival based on healthcare (Cleveland clinic regional hub), but long-term, I don't know what that will translate into population-wise. 

I work full time in health care where i want to start building other forms of cash flow.

My wife and I have careers in healthcare and are looking to start building a portfolio of properties to diversify our income sources and build a better future.
