Just be realistic enough to know the difference between goals and fantasies.

But I personally think it's because of the recent successes of Baylor athletics (football is/was getting really good, basketball is good).

On my rare moments of down time I enjoy photography, traveling, college football/basketball, petting llamas and talking to my dog about the emotional benefits of barking less.

We have a great Metro-parks system, excellent zoo and museum, and fantastic minor league sports teams (Toledo Mud Hens, Walleyes, a new minor league soccer team starting this year, and one of the oldest professional women's football teams).

Personally, I hate the idea of a balloon payment at the end of the 5 years and subject to the whims and fantasies of the economy and banking industry.

I live in a college town, student / football weekend rentals are my niche.

And boy do they love their big schools, big football stadiums, big everything.  

in fantasy land you can make up your own caps and your own purchase prices.
