The amount of crime/drug addiction here is alarming.

My husband and I owned and operated a Room and Board in CA where we housed 10 individuals who just got out of the jailing system or trying to get clean off of drugs.

Moreover, I think few people would argue that most of these murders are drug-related and that the demand for drugs come from visitors.

You still may run into the dealer/investor dilemma that I outlined earlier.
