You should be able to download these things and send to them digitally.  

There are software programs that allow you to download the text messages if needed.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated to access the PDF/download to those items mentions.

If you are able to go onto the HOAs website and download their CCRs, you should be able to get a clear idea on what their rental policies are. 

@Nick Rutkowski Hey Nick, I saw the movie and I was thinking that's kind of a genius what Ray Kroc did. 

All I do though is just find leads through propwire, download them and skip trace them, give em a call and see if they're interested in a cash offer and if they are, just move them down the ladder to the next guy. 

Or use an e-card like Linq which someone can scan and download all of your information.
