I would tend to say about 90% lose their shirt and walk or run away with their tail tucked between their legs with a small to big loss to show for it.

I think you will like it.it could be regional we have run into quite a few title issues down in Charleston working in the old areas of town.. and its the usual did not probate  shirt tail relatives etc..

We had 2 Cirrus Sr 22 's in ours and a Champ the Champ is a tail dragger and built in the 40s  its my partners I have not flown it don't like flying airplanes older than me.. :).. plus our basic storage needs and over flow of toys.. 

I planned for both present, and future, with enough risk controls in place (i.e. cash reserves, etc...) to cover my tail.

I'm at the tail end of doing both RE and another career for about 13 months, about to step into being a full time Realtor.
