I drove up to see it last week and really loved it - it's a nice and quaint plot of land, the house needs lots of TLC that I can do 95% my own, and it just seems like a really charming place to escape to during summer/fall weekends for a change of scenery.

Any legit lender has to disclose a document call the CHARM Booklet within 3 days after application to anyone moving forward with an ARM loan.  

I agree, renovated historic properties have a certain charm to them and definitely has it's own niche to be profitable.

You will need to make a manufactured home appear charming, unique, and easy to roll up and relax.

A full gut inside and out, lots of charm and overlooks a nice large park with a creek off the front deck.

The houses one street over are wonderful, and it is on a cobble street which is charming, but it's also opposite HUD style houses and near a Jiffy Lube.

I actually prefer to call my flips "Charms", as I put my time, heart, and soul into the projects.  

In doing my research, however, it does seem like a nice charming college town.

They all have their unique "charms."

I've heard it's grown so much some of the charm is going away.
