I just had a client sell a 3 parcel small lot subdivision in Crown Point that is headed all the way to Council (hopefully approved next month), and that has been 2.5 years.

I would recommend a simple DIY project that I think could go a long way: Replace the baseboard heaters and unit cooler with something newer and a little bit more modern looking, and then add crown molding on the ceiling.

Usually signs of normal settling are minor cracks in the walls and miter joints of door and window trim crown molding etc.

This is by far the worst season ever.I think Lee will take the crown, but Crystal Bowersox will have a better career longevity....
