I've been on a bit of a tear going through the BP podcast back catalog over the past few months, and finally decided to join the forum. I moved to NYC for work a few years ago, and I'm now in a position to get into the local market. In particular, I'm currently looking for a 2-4 unit that needs some cosmetic (but not major structural) work in neighborhoods like Park Slope, Prospect Heights, Crown Heights, Williamsburg, and Astoria. Would like to connect with wholesalers, investor focused agents and other investors in the area.
