Do they have testimonials on that website?

My short term goal would be to become a “Student of the Game” and to hopefully mentor under and add value to a seasoned local REI investor's business for free in return for their teachings, guidance and mentorship....this is priceless.Until that day happens, I would not be opposed to changing jobs and going to work for a company that acquires and flips properties or wholesales in or out of state.In order to attain my goals I have done the following:* Read the Beginners Guide to Real Estate Investing *Located 3 REI clubs based on testimonials and referrals.

What you're getting is from local agency allocations, they owe regardless of congressional appropriations unless it's in the lease. :)

I can think of several government agencies that enjoy little to no real accountability, with even less congressional oversight.

I'm not an attorney, I'm a finance guy, one who has given expert testimony in courts with such given without much, if any, objection or challenge to it.

I'm sure I could hold my own against any prosecutor in my regional area, now take me out of it, there are many in banking that might give testimony and do much the same thing on behalf of either side.These infractions are no murder trial.

Testimonial on the web site mention tax benefits  but don't explain what those tax benefits are.

I have sold property with $20k assignment fees clearly shown on the closing statement and obtained video testimonials from the seller that they are super happy with my service.
