Have you looked into Ohio markets such as Columbus?

I know a lot of investors also like to invest in the midwest in Columbus for appreciation and cashflow. 

Alabama, Indianapolis, Detroit, Columbus. 

I focus on the Columbus and Cincinnati markets.

I live in brickell and do projects in columbus ohio just moved to miami 6 months ago. happy to take a crack at it. we own all our floorplans as intellectual property starting to look at licensing deals. we design compact well designed homes for investment but miami is a whole other animal
