Christmas is an expensive holiday for tenants ...

Yesterday, one of the neighbor kids was playing outside with his brand new Christmas toy.

The closing agent obviously missed it, but he was not in the room when I brought it up.Fast forward 1 month after closing - after busting my tail working nights and weekends over Christmas and New Years I have the place rented out - and now I'm going over my budget numbers and they aren't adding up - I'm about $1000 over.

I'm just waiting for it to be filled, bummer I closed right before Christmas, bad time to get tenants but I'm hopeful.If you have any other questions let me know!
